What is the Sign up procedure for talents at Ramp Affair Castings?
We follow a very simple 3 step registration procedure for our talents.

Terms and Conditions

Prospect casting talents are requested to carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions which signify the nature of your commitment with Ramp Affair Castings.

Code of Conduct

• Models are expected to exhibit a level of professionalism and decorum during modelling assignments. We’ll provide brief lessons as to what is expected from you during an assignment. Please pay attention to petty details as you represent yourself and your agency during such time. We would not tolerate any short comings in this regard.
• Models are expected to be REGULAR in all modelling assignments they sign up for. We expect you to conform to the terms of our business clients as agreed upon by your agency (Ramp Affair Castings in this case) with your consent.
• The Models will not indulge herself/himself in unhealthy food practices and must assure fitness.
• The Models are to take extra care of hair, nails and skin and incase of a skin problem they are to contact us immediately.
• The Models can not conduct or cancel any booking directly without the agency’s involvement.

Territory
For the time being, all casting ventures would be carried out only in Islamabad.

Confidentiality
We are responsible for the privacy and confidentiality of our Models and the clients that hires them. No information is disclosed or shared with a third party without consent of the concerned. All bookings for modelling assignments are to be carried out through us. This ensures that our talents are not exploited. No personal information (other than name) shall be shared between either parties during the assignment. We will not be responsible for its misuse otherwise. Contact through social networking sites must also be avoided.

Cancellations
We shall have full authority to cancel a job/task at any point if the nature of the booking is not considered appropriate for our modelling talents, even once the assignment has commenced. Please note that such a measure would only be taken after taking in model’s consent and advising her clearly as to why the action is being taken.

Fees
To sign us as your agents, variable charges may apply based on your choice of makeover and number of photographs during the photoshoot. Miscellaneous and agent charges may also be added sometimes. You’d be informed in advance about the final charges in the form of quotation before the photoshoot is conducted. Any changes later on maybe subject to addition/subtraction of the incurred fees.

Usage of Photographs
As your agents we will have all the rights to share your pictures from the portfolio in our online albums to promote our models, our services and our makeovers. In case you don’t want for that to happen, you should specify that earlier on. After which, your photographs would only be stored in a private catalogue visible only to our business clients.

PLEASE NOTE: We have the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time. Also, if any of the terms and conditions are not adhered to, Ramp Affair Castings has the right to take legal action(s), to recover the applicable loss.
