Fire for a Cause

RAVE 20-TWELVE “Fire Your Beats” was an event conducted by the students of SZABIST BBA-VD as part of a project for their Business Ethics course. It was held on November 2, 2012, at the Soire (on Main Khayaban-e-Shamsheer).

A well-planned event with a plethora of fun-filled activities, Rave 20-TWELVE included: sumo wrestling, gladiator joust, live-Stream photo booths, a crackling fire, neon lighting, music and a LED dance floor!

The event was not only sponsored by renowned organizations but it seemed that it was hosted by a group of professionals too. Hats off to the student management team for their excellent display of professionalism during the entire event. What was most intriguing about the event was that a part of the profit generated that day was to be donated to Dar-ul-Sukun, Pink Ribbon, and environmental cleaning near Jade Garden with the help of CGDK (City District Govt. Karachi).

Besides being an event for a cause, it proved to be a merry break to many of the students who attended the event from the same tedious routine of their everyday lives.
